Diphenhydramine HCl ............ 12.5 mg / 5 mL
INDICATIONS:
Used in the symptomatic relief of allergic conditions including urticaria and angioedema, rhinitis and conjuctivitis, and in pruritic skin disorders. It is also used in the treatment of nausea and vomiting and parkinsonism abd drug-induced extrapyramidal disorders.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults and children 12 years and older: 10 to 20 mL (2 to 4 teaspoonfuls)
Children 6 to 11 years: 5 to 10 mL (1 to 2 teaspoonfuls)
2 to 5 years: 2.5 mL (1/2 teaspoon)
Orally every 4 to 6 hours. Or as prescribed by the physician.
