Furosemide ............ 40 mg
INDICATION:
It is used in the treatment of edema associated with congestive heart failure, renal hepatic disorders, hypertension and renal insufficiency.
DOSAGE:
Hypertension: 40 mg to 50 mg daily
Edema: initial dose of 40 mg once daily
Mild cases: 20 mg daily or 40 mg on alternate days
Or as prescribed by the physician.
